“A one night only contemporary art spectacular!” The charming Village Square will be transformed by 30 talented artists into an incredible multi-artist exhibition. Experience performance art and a pop-up market. The action at this first-ever event in Burlington is happening on Friday, September 19 and starts at 7 p.m.
Support Easter Seals and enjoy a great run along Burlington’s beautiful waterfront on Saturday, September 20. There’s a 1K, a 5K, an 8K, and a 13K, and the races start at Emma’s Back Porch.
“Walk for someone you love at this year’s Kidney Walk,” taking place on Saturday, September 20, 10 a.m. at Bronte Creek Provincial Park.
This is Burlington’s largest wholistic wellness expo and it’s taking place at the Holiday Inn on Saturday, September 20. You can take advantage of speakers, demos, classes, seminars, and vendors.
It’s back again this year and filled with fun activities on weekends starting September 20 until October 26. Lots of fall fun for the whole family!
Raise funds for the Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation and the Rotary Club of Burlington North on Sunday, September 21 at 11 a.m. in Downtown Burlington. Whether you participate, or watch the races, you’re sure to have a lot of laughs!
Ladies, get your glam on for this fantastic ladies’ night out at Ivy Kitchen & Bar, all in support of women’s cancer research, on Wednesday, September 24. Come for fabulous food, drink, prizes, and fun, from 7-11 p.m.
This one’s for the ladies, too! Come be a part of something special, and donate money to some great local causes. The meeting will be held at the Burlington Golf & Country Club on September 24.
Here’s yet another one for the ladies! Get pampered and enjoy a luxurious, enchanting evening at Mercedes-Benz Burlington, in support of BodyMed Boutique’s “The Camisole Project,” which provides a free post-surgical camisole to every woman who is having breast cancer surgery at hospitals in the GTA. Be there on September 26!
This fun run for the whole family is in support of the Victim Assistance Volunteer Program, and takes place on Saturday, September 27 along our scenic Lakeshore, starting at the Burlington OPP detachment on North Shore Blvd.
There is so much to do and see at this year’s Culture Days and Doors Open Burlington, taking place on September 26, 27 and 28. Dance, art, music, photography, poetry, theatre, heritage info, woodcarving…the list goes on! Find all the details here.
This one’s for the men! Walk in high heels to show your support for women and children living in abusive situations. Money raised goes towards Halton Women’s Place. Get your heels on on Saturday, September 27 – the walk begins and ends at Emma’s Back Porch.
Experience plenty of fall family fun at Applefest at Ireland House! There will be lots of fun traditions to enjoy, including Make Your Own Scarecrow. Take a tour, experience historic cooking, try the hay maze, check out antiques, make a craft, play some games, and try some yummy fall food! Applefest is happening on Sunday, September 28 from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.
